All customers are registered and carefully managed.
Customers don’t have to physically wait in a line. The Timly app notifies customers on their turns.
No special hardware is needed. Install Timly app on a smartphone to start.
No special skills or training are needed.
Step 1 A customer scans a QR (or alphanumeric) code posted outside of premises (on the front door, a window,...) with a smartphone.
Step 2 The customer recives the line details: the custome's number in the line and average waiting time.
Step 3 The customer spends waiting time nearby: in local shops or places of interest. Timly app will show real-time updates.
Step 4 When it’s their turn the customer recieves a push notification in Timly app.
Step 5 The customer goes to the counter and receives service.
